Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

  1. Have you inserted an SD card into the camera to store video recordings?

  2. Please enable the Alarm feature on the camera, then check if the camera alarms when an event occurs in front of the camera during a power failure.

  3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, then send us the screenshots of the Detection, Wake-up Sensitivity, detection zone, and enabled detection types pages.

  4. Would you please send us a video showing the event that can trigger the camera to record when connecting to the internet, but fails when losing internet connection? 
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

  5. Please ensure the camera has enough battery during a power failure.
