Ever since installed the latest firmware the live camera view on the app shows a black screen with tap to refresh. Showing no live view at all. I have tried rebooting and reinstalling the cameras but nothing has made a difference.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to load the live view page.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. How many Tapo C420 do you have? Can't you view all Tapo C420's live feed in the Tapo app?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. Is your hub connected to your router via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable? If it's connected to the router's Wi-Fi, please check its RSSI value.
4. What's the Tapo app version? You can go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to find the version info.
5. You can try to reboot the hub and the camera, and then check if this helps.
