Hello.

 

There are 2 people living in my house.

 

I dont need the door bell to detect us every time we both go in or out or are lucking about outside the front. Is there anyway for it to stop sending notifications for familiar faces.

 

A step by step guide on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
As you can see in the TD21 datasheet, it supports Motion Detection, Person Detection, Pet Detection, and Vehicle Detection. It's unable to recognize familiar faces and stranger faces, and then stops sending notifications for familiar faces.

Typically, if the doorbell camera's Person Detection and notification features are enabled, it sends a notification when a person is detected.
