Hi,
On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page in the Tapo app, please find the camera's firmware and hardware version info.
Ensure that the camera's microphone and speaker openings are not obstructed by any objects. Then, please send us a video showing the reported audio phenomenon for further analysis. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
