The reported phenomenon has been resolved in the latest firmware 1.1.5 Build 251205 Rel.74991n. Please ensure your camera is up to date if you encounter the same phenomenon.

Have you done anything to the camera before the statistics disappeared in the Tapo app? For example, rebooting or resetting the camera, formatting the SD card, etc.
