camera gets stuck facing wall

Model: Tapo C560WS

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.2

My camera gets stuck facing the wall, I have to go into the app to pan and tilt correction for it to return to the default position.

See picture below. Is there a setting to change to stop this?

Hi,
How often does the reported phenomenon occur? For example, does the camera face the wall each time after tracking?

Can you manually tilt the camera up in the Tapo app after it's facing the wall? If not, does any error message appear in the Tapo app?
