I had same issue today with a C410 and a C411. I had my wifi without internet access for some minutes, then when internet restarted all other tapo camera reconnected but the two above didn't. I had to go outside and restart them, then they immediately reconnected to wifi (2.5GHz guest wifi). Is not the first time it happens, very very annoying

Hello,

If your camera fails to reconnect to Wi-Fi after a wifi disconnection, try the following steps:

1. Disable Smart Connect, Wi-Fi Optimizing, or Channel Optimization features on the router.

2. Set different Wi-Fi names (SSIDs) for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi. After the camera is working when connected to the hotspot Wi-Fi, try to turn the Wi-Fi off and on, then test whether the camera reconnects to the hotspot Wi-Fi automatically.

4. Is there an SD card inserted into the camera?

5. What's the model number of your router?

Best Regards,
