I have issue when connect to my home wifi after upgrading firmware.

I tested with many channel of 5Ghz wifi and found camera can connect only on Channel 36-48.

Did it normal ?

Hi,
What 5 GHz Wi-Fi channel have you tested? Usually, it's recommended to wait 5 minutes after changing the 5 GHz Wi-Fi channel, ensure you can see the 5 GHz Wi-Fi name on your phone, then test whether it can be detected by the camera.

 

Which country are you located in, and where did you purchase the camera? Was it bought from a different region?

  @shiroACK  I have the same issue. Bought the same C260 v1 camera 2 days back in New Zealand .  It connected to 5GHz with onboard formware but then after the update to 1.1.3 it stopped recognizing my Deco 5GHz SSID. It can only see 2.4GHz SSIDs now.

Hi,
What's the model number and hardware version of your Deco unit? How many Deco units do you have?

How do you test the camera can't detect your Deco's 5 GHz SSID (since the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz have the same SSID)? Can your phone or other devices detect and connect to the Deco's 5 GHz SSID?

My Deco unit is X20 hardware version v1.7. I have only enabled 5GHz for main SSID and 2.4GHz for Guest SSID. After the camera update, camera can only see guest SSID and not the main. All other devices can see and connect to both the main as well as the Guest.
