Hi,
As shown in the following FAQ, the shared account can access the Live View, Talk, Voice Call, Pan/Tilt Control, and the SD Card Video features of the camera.

For your feature request to not allow the Pan & Tilt control feature for the shared account, we suggest voting and leaving your usage scenario in the thread "grant/deny permissions for a shared device" for evaluation.
