@xshogun19 same to me. Just realize all my tapo plug is off-line 2 hours ago. Try to reset everything and re-pair, it work for few mins and all off-line again. Checked my router all the plug is connected. I think is Tapo apps problem

Hi,
It's hard to locate the problem from the provided information. Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when it connects to the same router's Wi-Fi as your camera when it's offline?
2. What's the camera's model number, hardware, and firmware versions? You can use one of your cameras as an example.
3. What's the LED status on the camera when it goes offline in the Tapo app?
4. Please try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera is working.
Best Regards

@Solla-topeeI am experiencing an issue where five Tapo P100 smart plugs and one P110 smart plug all disconnected at the same time. All of the plugs initially showed a solid red light. My Wi-Fi network is working normally, as other devices such as my security cameras, robot vacuum, and other smart gadgets remain connected without any issues. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Resetting the devices Reinstalling the Tapo app Re-pairing each plug individually However, after connecting to Wi-Fi, the app consistently shows “unsuccessful pairing.” In addition, after about an hour, some of the plugs are briefly able to reconnect to the network, but when I tap on the device in the app, it immediately shows “offline” again. Since multiple plugs failed simultaneously while other smart devices continue to work properly on the same network, I believe this may be an app or firmware-related issue, rather than a Wi-Fi problem. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.

@Kamikazesilent same issue with me. I find that if I connect the camera to hot spot off my mobile phone then it works including notifications, but if I connect to my router with Wifi then the camera does not function properly. It operates for a few minutes but does not bring up notifications, shows amber/orange light and eventually goes offline. I have tapo c200, c210, c410. Sounds like a software/Tapo issue. I recently updated my Tapo app just today (version 3.15.118 via Google Playstore and version 3.15.106 via Apple- I have two phones)

Yes im having the same problem, Ive done all the resets for the cameras and still showing offline on the app. My internet if fine and everything thing connected to my internet and wifi is working, My cameras are C320ws 2.0 and i have two C310 cameras. I dont think its a problem with the cameras, i feel maybe its the app, or even a firmware problem, and i dont use the cloud for my camera, Im in Australia .. I have noticed one thing, when it did come back on, it did show some detections even though it said offline. but i still cannot view any cameras, still saying offline and hasnt come back for hours now. Im hoping tapo can fix this problem as there seems to be a lot of people having this problem. I dont want to have to go buy another 3 new cameras when these were working fine.

All of my cameras have been offline for two days now, including three cameras and one robot vacuum: C200, C210, C500, and RV20 MAX PLUS. I have tried resetting them and unplugging the power, but none of these methods worked. The indicator light stays orange.
My home internet is working normally, and all other devices have internet access. However, the cameras can only be used when my phone and the cameras are connected to the same network, and the app shows “local access only.”
When I use my mobile phone hotspot, remote access works normally.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Please let me know how to fix it. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. I'm in Australia on the Optus NBN network.
Seems there are multiple threads about Optus customers - I suspect Optus has mass-deployed a router update which has somehow disabled Tapo camera connectivity.

If I log out of the Tapo app I can't log back in when connected to Wi-Fi and my local network. I get a "Error. Please try again" message. If I turn off Wi-Fi I can log in when connected to the mobile network. If I don't log out I can switch back to my Wi-Fi network and the Tapo App continues to work.
All of my Tapo devices have stopped working via Alexa. I suspect it's trying to connect using Wi-Fi and failing with the same problem as the Tapo App.
