Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.3

Hi,

I do have 3 TC71v2 (FW 1.4.8) and 2 TC71v3 (FW 1.2.3) where all connected to a NVR (Hikvision). I noticed that both V3 are frequently randomly disconnected where I got smooth recordings on V2. All camera currently on their latest firmware. Is there any known issues or any fixed for me?

I even do swapped the camera placement between camera V2 and V3 (to eliminate WiFi signal issues if any), and the results still the same. V3 will randomly disconnected and no recording randomly. For V2, it is fine and smooth. Sample as below:

Hi,
It's recommended to check the NVR settings to confirm whether the TC71 V3 is configured to store continuous video clips on the NVR. It may be that the TC71 V3 is configured to store only detection video clips.
Best Regards

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I do confirmed that all cameras are set for a continuous recording.

Hi,
1. You can refer to the instructions below to continuously ping the TC71 V3's IP address to check whether it's always connected to the router's Wi-Fi.

2. Could you please send us the screenshots of the storage settings on your NVR for the TC71 V2 and V3?

Best Regards
