Hi,
You can try the following steps and see if they help.
1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera.
3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera
4. If the camera's LED does not change and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards

Hello. Thank you for your instructions. The camera does not respond to the reset. Could I download the firmware from somewhere and install it with a microSD card?
Thanks again.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I contacted the seller and used the warranty. Now, I have a TC71 V3. I hope the firmware update issues do not recur.
Thank you again.
Best regards.
