Why does my camera go on to my sim card when I'm paying for cloud all so it doesn't pick up all my recordings and I altered my speed and it goes to fast I have it on at 10 for speed

Usually, if you have an SD card inserted into the camera and the related storage settings are configured, the camera will store video recordings to the SD card even after you have subscribed to the Tapo Care plan.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
The cloud video clip does not support adjusting the play speed. However, on the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, you can adjust the play speed when watching video recordings. If videos play too fast, you can set the play speed to 1x, 2x, etc.
If you have no cloud video clips, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
