Hi,
Please refer to points 1~3 in the instructions below to check whether your camera hardware, settings, and placement environment are proper.
Troubleshooting for better audio quality of my Tapo camera

Is the phenomenon you encounter that the person in front of the camera can't hear your sound when talking to the Tapo app or vice versa?
