Tapo 530WS: Unable to establish Ethernet connection
My Tapo 530WS connects via Wi-Fi without any issues, but I cannot get it to connect via a wired connection.
I have tried resetting the device, but I cannot confirm a link-up status on my router or hub.

Hi,
Typically, if the camera is configured successfully via Wi-Fi, after connecting it to the router with an Ethernet cable, the wired connection will take effect immediately. For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for analysis.
1. Is the camera wired and wireless to the same Wi-Fi router?
2. Please disconnect the Ethernet cable from the camera, connect it to a computer, and then test whether the computer has an internet connection. If yes, what's the IP address on it?

3. When the camera is connected to the router's Wi-Fi, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page to find the IP address.

Thank you.
I have successfully confirmed the wired connection. However, while the connection is visible on the router, the NAS is not detecting it. (I am using a QNAP NAS.)

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. Please describe your network diagram in detail. For example, internet cable --(cable)-- wireless router --(cable)--camera & NAS//(wireless) phones & tablets, etc.
2. When the camera is wired to your router, what's the IP address on the camera? You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to find its IP address.
3. What's the IP address on your QNAP NAS device?
4. If the NAS and camera are connected to the same router with Ethernet cables, please connect a computer to that router, then check if it can ping the NAS and camera's IP address successfully.

@Solla-topee
Sorry, that was my mistake. I was able to connect successfully after setting the account on the camera.
Thank you.
