Struggling with service from nov 2025 no proper revert or solution provide, my CCTV camera memory card not working issue sent to service centre as well no proper soultion yet delivered.

If your microSD card can't be detected by the camera, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please check whether your SD card is on the compatibility list in the article below. If not, it's recommended to purchase a microSD card from the compatibility list to work with your camera.
What type of microSD card does Tapo/Kasa Camera support?
