My C212 goes offline everytime 20 mins after reset
My Tapo C212 camera has been working fine since 6+ months but from last 1 week it automatically goes offline (showing just red non blinking light).
I tried resetting it multiple times but everytime I reset the device, it works for next 20 mins and then again start showing constant red light in camera.
Please help 🙏

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when connecting to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, check the IP address, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. Can you ping the camera's IP address when it's offline in the Tapo app and when your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will work fine constantly.
Best Regards
