Hi, i have just bought this tapo doorbell and all was working at first but just a few weeks later and the audio is stuttering and lagging badly. When either the doorbell is pressed or I use quick responses it's crackling and stuttering. This also means I cannot communicate with anyone that presses the doorbell as they can't hear me properly. 

I have tried rebooting several times and am on the latest firmware update.
