Have you powered on the camera using the original power adapter and power cord that came with it? If not, please power on the camera using the original power adapter and cord, then check whether it works properly.

What phenomenon are you referring to when the camera fails to operate? For example, the camera can't be powered on, the camera fails to be configured, etc. Please describe the phenomenon you experience in detail so we can provide proper suggestions.
