Camera recording and sending notifications even though in privacy mode
Even though privacy mode has been activated on the TAPO app, both C420 cameras keep detecting, recording and sending notifications.
This abnormal behaviour started few days ago It never happened before (I have the cameras since 2022).
Cameras are connected to the H200 hub, hardware version 1.0, firmware versione 1.6.0.

Please check the firmware version on the camera, ensure it is updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
How many cameras are connected to the H200? Are they all Tapo C420?
Try to reproduce the problem and record the whole process with a screen recording. Send the video to us, i'll help to check it. *Videos cannot be posted in the community directly. Can you reproduce the problem and make a screen recording? To assist with this case, a specialist will help to follow it up through email. Please check your inbox later to confirm.

It seems the problem is solved now. This is how I proceeded to solve it.
After a few days one of the two cameras became unresponsive. It never detected any movement and the live view never show any video.
So I removed the camera from the hub and I performed the camera reset twice by pushing the button on the back of the camera. Then I coupled the camera again with the hub ( I had to reset it twice because it was impossible to pair the camera even after the first reset.)
Eventually I was able to couple the camera with the hub, the initial problem disappeared and the camera was behaving accordingly to the privacy mode setup.
Since this reset was successful in solving the original problem, I performed the same procedure to the other camera and the problem disappeared also on this camera.
I will monitor the behaviour during the following days/week and will update in case anything changes.
