hi all, I recently installed a C411 kit for outdoors, but i am experiencing the audio issue where there is continuous repeating noise interferance that masks surrounding sounds including conversations. It’s connected directly to the router, and it also connects to the H500 as its backup with strong signal connectivity. I would appreciate support on having this corrected. Both my C660 work really well outdoors and the audio is clearer.  Ive attached a cropped recording: 14 January 2026 - YouTube and appreciate if anyone is able to identify our issue/ possible fix.
