Firmware Version: 1.3.16

the camera stopped working, 3 red lights came on, I need firmware

Hi, The Firmware update to 1.1.12 stuck and now camera is useless. Red light on and two IR lights. Please send me a email to recovery solution and firmware to get camera working again. Here is my email knoxabay01@gmail.com please help me hopefully any one solution my problem. Thanks in advance
