Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Latest.

520ws camera is picking up vehicle detections but when I open the app the recording isn't there. 
 

this is an intermittent issue so doesn't seem to be a problem with the SD CARD.

Hi, 
If the phenomenon is that you can receive vehicle detection notifications on your phone when the camera detects a vehicle, but sometimes no corresponding detection video clips are stored on the SD card, please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. Please send us a screenshot of the detection notifications you received on your phone.
  2. On the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, please send us a screenshot showing that no corresponding video clips are stored.
  3. Please send us the screenshots of the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page and the Recording Schedule page.

 

If you have other phenomena, please describe them in detail so we can further assist you.
