My camera is routinely tracking away from people, usually panning to look at the wall rather than panning with them.
This makes the camera useless as it's exactly doing the opposite of the thing it's supposed to do.
Any suggestions?

Please provide the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message. You can find the MAC address on the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
2. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.
