Currently, TP-Link Indonesia does not provide official sales, after-sales support, or replacement services for the Tapo C500 model in Indonesia. Because of this, consumers may not be able to receive local warranty or official support through TP-Link Indonesia for this product.

This one is 9v 0.6 , still works but i dont know for long time used, Because only 9V 0.6A adapters are widely available and sold as new on the market.
