Doorbell does not ring notifications are fine
Hi,
We have two D230 doorbells both with the same problem.
Notifications are getting trough on both iPhone and Android. Both logged in with owner account)
Doorbell ringing is not

Doorbell is ON
Video Call is On
Notifications Enabled
Phone permissions Enabled
Pop-up enabled
Call is being logged and recorded by the HUB.

Please confirm the following information regarding the reported phenomenon.
1. Whether you can receive detection notifications on both iPhone and Android, but can't receive Doorbell Ring Call on both phones when someone presses the doorbell? If so, please check if the Ring Call is selected on the doorbell camera's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call page.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call page, please select Push Notifications, then check if you can receive a notification on your phone when someone presses the doorbell.
