Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.5

We have 5 cameras with just 1 that keeps losing WiFi connection.  It will go off line every 24 to 36 hours.  The LED flashes red and green.

When it's connected the WiFi signal is 62.

Setting an auto reboot each day also takes it offline when it reboots.

The camera will only reconnect if the power is cycled.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps losing connection.
What should I do if the Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Are your other camera and the problematic Tapo C310 connected to the same Wi-Fi?

  2. The -62 dBm signal strength is not good, please move the camera closer to the router if possible, then check whether the camera will be more stable.

  3. If the LED on the camera is flashing red and green after losing connection, is the camera displayed offline in the Tapo app, or disappeared? Do you need to start the entire setup process in the Tapo app to get it working again?

  4. When did you purchase the camera? When did the disconnect phenomenon begin?

  5. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to double-check its firmware and hardware versions.

Best Regards
