Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. Is the Status LED on the doorbell camera lit up? If so, what's the LED status, such as solid red, flashing red, solid amber, etc.?
2. Have you powered on the doorbell camera via battery or hardwired?
3. On the back of the doorbell camera, you can see the SYNC/RESET Button and the ON/OFF Button. Typically, you can press and hold the SYNC/RESET Button for 5s to perform a factory reset, and press and hold the ON/OFF Button for 3s to turn on/off the doorbell.
In your situation, do you mean the camera's status LED does not respond when you press the ON/OFF Button for 3s or the SYNC/RESET Button for 5s?
Best Regards

1. The light is not lit up at all
2. Powered via battery. I have tried to put it on the charger and it still does not turn on or respond.
3. I have attempted all of that multiple times. It seems like its just completely done for.

Hi,
In your situation, please refer to Part 1 in the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What can I do if the Tapo battery-powered cameras fail to charge?
If the camera still won't power on, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check whether it's under warranty.
