 My camera is mounted just under the peak of my house so not easily accessible. I keep loosing it off my app but if I try to reconnect I can usually get it to add back into the app and work. A few minutes later it's gone again. It also shows no Sd card but there is one in the camera. This is started in the last week since we had a major snowstorm. Is the camera any good any more because it only is 8 months old?

Usually, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps losing connection.
What should I do if the Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. Is your camera's model number Tapo C320WS, rather than Tapo C101?
  2. When it's working, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  3. What's the LED status on the camera when it loses connection, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.?
  4. How do you restore the connection? By rebooting the camera?
  5. What's the model number and capacity of the inserted SD card? Please remove it from the camera if possible, then test whether the camera works stably.

It is a C320WS camera.I'm  using a Lexar Class 10 128 GB card. I've followed the troubleshooting guide but it still acts the same. When it goes off line it flashes red and green and I have to add it back to the app as if it was a new camera. The RSSI value is -58. I'm unable to remove the memory card today because it is under my roof line and I need a ladder to access it. I will try that tomorrow.

Hi, 
After you remove the SD card from the camera, please ensure the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord, then press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. After that, reconfigure the camera and check whether it works fine.
If the same phenomenon persists, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
