You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if the camera's detection feature does not work.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page. What are the enabled detection types? What's the corresponding detection sensitivity, and is the detection zone set to full-screen for all detection types?
3. Which type of motion cannot be detected by the camera? You can send us a video showing the motion that can't be detected. (You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.)
