Bad sound
My C500 camera has lost the sound all I hear is constant crackling.

You can follow the instructions below to improve your camera's audio quality.
Troubleshooting for better audio quality of my Tapo camera
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. On the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, is the microphone volume set to maximum level? If not, please set it to the highest value.
2. When someone is talking in front of the camera, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, record a video manually, download it to your phone, and then send us the video for further analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
3. On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please check the camera's firmware and hardware version.
