I have a Tapo hub H200 with firmware (1.6.0 Build 20250915 rel.33520) with a Tapo doorbell D230 and Tapo camera C660 all successfully connected when I installed them in December 2025. However at that time I could not connect my other Tapo camera a C560WS as it was not yet compatible with the H200. There was a pending Jan 2026 firmware update that was to allow them to be compatible, and connect..

I have now updated my C560WS to new firmware 1.1.8 Build 260128 rel.34173n, there is no new H200 firmware. However I still cannot connect the H200 with the C560WS. I get an error message that they are not compatible, for the H200 it says "Firmware not supporting". And according to the list of H200 compatible devices on the Tapo website the C560WS is shown to be compatible.

Has anyone been able to get these two devices to connect?
