This is very useful for scenarios where a user can reach an area with 1 cable and then it is difficult to add an extra hub to redistribute connection for other cameras nearby.

Usecase:
- Router connects by cable to camera A that is far away.
- Camera A, using the WiFi as access point, allows other cameras (B, C D...) in the vicinity to wireless connect.

Surely programmable as the camera itself has an access point active when configuring it for the 1st time.
