Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't view the camera's live feed properly.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please record a video manually on the camera's live view page, download it to your phone, and send it to us for further analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
