Tapo c560w after latest update to firmware V1.6_1.1.8 record cracking noise
After the latest update, the c560w videos sound show some electronic crackling noise, which did not occur before the firmware update. Rebooting the camera and changing the microphone setting do not help. Really annoying: this next problem with this model.

Troubleshooting for better audio quality of my Tapo camera
If the same phenomenon persists, please go to the camera's live view page to manually record a video that shows the reported phenomenon, download it to your phone, and send it to us for further analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

I've been having the same issue with my C560WS as well. All was working well before the recent update then I've been having the same issue after the update. I've been emailing support about the issue and they're trying to pin it on a hardware issue which doesn't make sense since it only happened literally AFTER updating the camera. Did the update somehow break the hardware? I really doubt that. This is just some bug that they somehow can't fix yet.

They have contacted me and are currently investigating the problem. I think this is a bug with the firmware. The technical team contacted me just a few days ago, so I am waiting for a reply. I will keep people updated here on how the situation is developing.
