C100 SD INITIALISATION
Can anyone help me. I've been using my camera for ages with no problem. It was recording to my SD card. We had a power cut in my house and now it keeps telling me to initialise my SD card but when I try to do it it goes to 5% then stops and won't work again. I don't have a computer so have to do it via the app. Can anyone help

Please provide the following information if the same case persists.
1. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card?
2. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its firmware and hardware version.
3. List the troubleshooting you did.
