just bought Tapo D205 a week ago, no longer works
I dont know what is happening with this camera, but no longer works, when i hard reset it via the 5-second hold and reconnect it again it works for a while (1 minute) and then after some time you can no longer preview or answer live (i get constant Tap to Refresh and the stream never connects), also the notifications when rang are no longer working after it bugs

P.S. i just brought it next to the router i see that after i pressed the ring button it was flashing "red" then "yellow" and then it went back to the color ive originally set, but still cannot view the stream or anything, also i noticed even though i have "always on" for the LED it doorbell does not light the LED after some time

Please note that Tapo D205 supports 2.4GHz WiFi only. If your WiFi is a 2.4GHz and 5GHz combined network, disable the 5GHz temporarily, or separate a dedicated 2.4GHz WiFi for the doorbell.
You may try to reconfigure the doorbell to another network, like a 2.4GHz guest network or a hotspot wifi. Let me know if that makes any difference.
What's the combination and length of your WiFi name and password? Any special characters?

@Wayne-TP 2.4GHz network using tp-link wr844n router, i have tested with another router as well, the password is 6-7 numbers and 4 "@" characters

Are you able to reproduce the issue and collect a log from the doorbell? Your case might require further investigation.

@Wayne-TP is there a built in way to export logs, otherwise i have contacted with tp-link respective for my country and i have sent them two different videos, i can link them here, as i mentioned, it works only the first time after being connected to the app and after that it never loads, in the second video link i have a shared hotspot from another phone which is right next to the door:

There are no standard alternative methods to export doorbell's device log. But you can try to ask the support team, check if a potential option is available.
Keep us posted on any updates to your case!

After exchanging emails with the TP-Link team and investigating logs, it was determined that the device was reporting correctly to the cloud, but perhaps there was some hardware issue on the device itself, i used my warranty from the store i bought the device from and now i am waiting for a replacement. I will report later if it was indeed a hardware issue.
