Hi,
Please provide the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. What's the LED status on the camera when the "Pairing Failed" message appears?
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting your phone to the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
3. Does the router's 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi use the same name? If so, try setting a different name for the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, then check whether the camera can connect to it.
4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
