Hi,
In your case, please try the following steps.

 

  1. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
      
  2. Wait for two minutes. When the camera has a flashing red and green LED, you can refer to the instructions below to set it up to connect to the new Wi-Fi router.
