You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. How often does the disconnect phenomenon appear, such as several times a day?
3. When did you purchase the camera? When does the disconnect phenomenon start?
4. What's the model number of your router? Do other devices connected to your router's Wi-Fi have a stable connection?
