Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router and Wi-Fi extender? Is the third camera also Tapo C200C V5?
2. What's the LED status on the camera when it's offline in the Tapo app, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.?
3. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
4. How often does the offline status appear, such as once a day or more? Do you need to reboot the camera to recover the connection?

@Solla-topeeThe camera is not displayed as offline, it is no longer stored in the app as if it had been deleted out completely

Hi,
If the camera appears in the Tapo app for a while and then disappears, it may be because the camera was reset or because it was not successfully configured in the first place. For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. After you reset the camera and reconfigure it in the Tapo app, what's the LED status on it, such as solid green, solid amber, etc.?
2. After the camera disappears from the Tapo app, what's the LED status on it?
3. It's recommended to change the password of your TP-Link account, in case someone else logged into the Tapo app with your TP-Link account and deleted the camera from the app.

4. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message. You can find the MAC address on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, or on the label stuck on the camera.

Hello, the camera was successfully configured and added to the app.
The LED was green and it worked perfectly. After two days, the camera is removed from the app without us resetting it.
The LED status is no longer displayed, the camera beeps continuously, and it can no longer be found in the app.
If we reconfigure the camera, it is removed again after two days, or even on the same day.
The app then displays "remote device." This happens every time.

Hi,
1. Please refer to the instructions below to change your TP-Link account's password. Then, do not share it with others; ensure only your phone is logged in to the Tapo app to manage your cameras; and check whether the same phenomenon persists.

2. If the cameras disappear again, please send us the following information for further analysis.
1) A screenshot of the Tapo app page that displays "remote device".
2) A video showing the camera beeping continuously.
You can upload the video and screenshot to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
