Camera has powered off and will not power back on

Camera has been working fine for several months. Yesterday, app showed 100% charged. This morning could not connect (showed Offline in app) and no green light. Tried to power on (held power button for 3 secs) but no response. Tried connecting to external power, no response. Can you please advise?
