I have the camera set to detect the motion of our dog and to follow him. When he lays down for a while or goes to far away, the camera loses the detection and, after a while, moves back to the position it started tracking the dog. 

Because our dog have epilepsy, whe have to watch him all the time. The camera should not move back after loosing the detection for that, but stay where it is and just move, when it detects motion. I haven't found any setting option for this yet.
