Tapo C520WS Camera goes offline randomly
Hi, I have a Tapo C520WS V2 with firmware: 1.2.3 Build 251114 Rel.41868n
This camera worked perfectly for months, but in the last month it started disconnecting from my WiFi randomly.
Camera seems to be working fine. I can see it working when I go by and it follows me. It is also recording no problem to a memory card.
The only way to get it to connect back to my WiFi is unplugging/plugging the AC adapter.
This is very annoying, firmware update seems to be buggy.
I've enabled diagnostics, how do I pull them down?
Thanks.

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if the camera keeps losing connection.
What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a stable connection on your other devices when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
2. When the camera is working, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. What's the LED status on the camera when it's offline in the Tapo app, such as solid red, solid amber, etc.?
4. You can refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log: How to get the log of Tapo Camera

1) Yes, I do have a stable connection, the router is a standard router issued by Movistar (Spain) I think model # is: RTF8115VW. No other device is losing connection.
2) -62 (RSSI)
3) Solid amber.
4) I have the log, I am attaching it.

Hi,
For security concerns, we suggested removing the pictures that include the camera's MAC address from this thread.
The solid amber LED on the Tapo C520WS means that the camera is connected to the router's Wi-Fi but not to the internet or our cloud server. Please try changing the DNS server on your router and see if that helps.
How often does the offline phenomenon occur, such as once a day, once a week, etc.?
If you have other Wi-Fi networks from other routers, please factory reset the camera, reconfigure it to connect to the new Wi-Fi network, and check whether it works properly.
Best Regards
