Model: Tapo C560WS
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: v1.00

I bought same second camera that I already have C560WS and installed in the wall and working perfectly and I opened another same camera but when I tried tapo app and add device but the device isnt connecting at all, I can see only red and green light every repeat. I tried factory reset device but didn't work, I unplugged first camera to see if  working, but no luck. But when I plugged the ethernet cable and its working but we prefer wifi, and when setup is complete and is asking to change to wifi but it says no network available, I tried manually and still no available.

What im guessing is Tapo device wifi fault and only ethernet cable works?

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
Fail to configure Tapo Camera

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. When configuring the camera, which step did you get stuck on? Such as failing to find the camera's default SSID or the router's Wi-Fi network?
  2. If the camera can find its default SSID but can't find the router's Wi-Fi or any other Wi-Fi networks around your home during configuration, please try to enable a 2.4 GHz hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, and check if it can find the hotspot Wi-Fi.
  3. You can also try connecting the camera to the router by an Ethernet cable, set it up, update the firmware to the latest one, then factory reset the camera again and check if you can set it up to connect to the router's Wi-Fi.

Best Regards

Hello.

1. Stuck is that tapo device isnt connecting to the router or the phone tapo app that shows like Bluetooth. I clicked manually but I dont see wifi shown like Tapo_cam_XXX. Remember, this is second one, first one same one that I bought and its working perfectly. But second camera that I already bought and wifi not working but ethernet cable does.

2. Of course my router is always 2.4ghz, but it has 5ghz as well like dual mode, but when I turn off 5ghz and stays 2.4ghz and still didnt work like tapo device isnt connecting at all.

3. That one I forgot to say, yes I did that and its already updated and still no connecting at all.

Hi,
If you can't see the camera's default SSID (Tapo_Cam_XXXX), please try factory resetting the camera again (press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds). If it still has a flashing red and green light but the default SSID does not appear on all your devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.), please contact your retailer or the technical support team to check if your camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
