Sd card will not format
Tried 3 times to format using tapo app, laptop. Sd is Micro tf , 64 gb , 10 .

What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
If the same phenomenon persists, please check whether your microSD card is on the compatibility list. If not, we suggest purchasing a microSD card from the compatibility list and inserting it into the camera to store video.

Same here, I formatted my sd micro card on my tablet but on fitting it into my tapo c530ws camera, I was informed that the card is not formatted! Can it be formatted in the camera?

Hi,
Typically, after inserting a microSD card into the camera, you need to format it in the Tapo app before using it.
You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage, then tap Format microSD Card to format the inserted microSD card.
