Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Hello,
My Tapo C220 camera no longer works with Home Assistant. I've tried many things, but nothing changes. I'm wondering if the problem is related to the update.

Whether via official integration or via Onvif, nothing works anymore.

Thank you in advance for your help.

  @Flashonee

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided via private message. However, your case is different from the one on the forum ID 720370; your Tapo C220 has different hardware and firmware.

The Home Assistant is an open-source platform and is not officially supported by our camera; we can't guarantee the camera will integrate seamlessly with it. You can go to the Tapo app > Me > Third-Party Services > Third-Party Compatibility page to enable Third-Party Compatibility, then check whether your camera can integrate with Home Assistant. If not, it's recommended to contact Home Assistant's support team to see whether they have any other suggestions.

If you failed to establish the Onvif connection with the Home Assistant, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot. If the instructions do not help, please send us a video showing the steps you try to establish the Onvif connection for further analysis.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Best Regards
