Exchange a 520ws which was working fine but decided to upgrade to 560 for 4k resolution. The camera is not performing well at all. Randomly points itself to the wall it's fitted to and constantly loses it's memory for preset views. Anybody suggest a solution before I return it for a refund. 

Wired Internet connection on the same network as a 520ws on the rear or the property which is operating well
