Dear Tapo Support Team,
Cameras affected and currently offline.
x1 C220 v1 v1.4.2 (but not all of them)
x2 C220 v2 v1.2.2 (but not all of them)
x2 TC60 v5 v1.4.4 (but not all of them)
x1 C110 (only got one and as its offline i cant tell you the hardware version or software version)
Other cameras the same as above are working just fine.
I am writing to report an issue with six of my twenty-eight cameras in the Tapo app.
Over the last two or three days, these cameras appear as "offline" whenever I am not connected to my home network. However, when I am at home and connected to the local network, the cameras show as "online" and function correctly. My wife, who is currently at home on the local network, also sees them as online in the app.
I have tested this using both my office Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the cameras continue to show as offline when I am remote. As soon as I reconnect to my home network, they appear online with no indication of any issues.
Has there been a recent update or change that might be causing this? Any assistance in resolving this would be appreciated.
