I bought the package of 2 cameras with the hub, all worked well for around 2yrs. Recently both cameras suddenly stopped working. Nothing physically changed, the cameras, hub and router are all in the same positions. The leds are working as when I move my hand in front of the camera I can see the led has detected me, but not the alarms and no recording. The firmwares are all up to date and I have reset the hub and both cameras. Hub is connected to router via ethernet cable. Cameras are detected by hub. Everything seems OK but screens for each camera are blank. One strange thing on hub - although SD card is installed all buttons on screen are grayed out, for example I cannot format the card if I wanted to. (It was previously formatted anyway and was recording well up until this fault occurred. Any suggestions as to what more I can do? Cameras firmware versions 1.4.2 Build 20251226 rel. 78318.

In my post on 18.4.26 I mentioned that I had tried all the resetting etc. and that I noticed the buttons for the SD card were grayed out and I could not format the card. When I
removed the SD card everything worked again. I formatted the card on my laptop and I could then format it in the hub too and record to it again. Thanks for all the
